Almost of our turnover is designed in-house.
With the designs confirmed, our cutting unit cuts the precise panels for sewing. Our investment in high-grade machinery helps us create these panels with great precision, consistently. Backed with and exclusive storage space for fabrics and cut panels, we can roll out the same designs over an extended period of time.
Machinery details across 2 units
Our in-house embroidery division has an annual embroidery capacity of 350 million stitches. We have state-of-the-art automated 9 multi-head embroidery machines with 168 heads which can embroider upto 9 colors. Exclusive 6 head Embroidery machine for sampling and 2 laser cutters with normal as well as camera laser applique for any shape / size. We have in house expertise to create complicated designs.
We also have 2 Digital photographic embroidery machines that can handle Caps / Shoes and garments. The wide range of possibilities include regular stitches like,
Automatic and Manual Screen Printing
To reduce garment lead-time and ensure quality at each step, Raj Krupa’s in-house laboratories conduct performance testing and colour approvals at various stages. These processes are in accordance with international test standards. It ensures faster approvals on quality and quicker delivery each time.

To test shrinkage of garments during home laundering, garments or fabric specimens are tested using standard reference detergents.
Launderometer for colour fastness
Test specimens are laundered under appropriate conditions of temperature, and abrasive action. The colour change of the test specimen and the staining of the multifibre fabric are then visually evaluated.

To check accuracy of colours, samples are checked under standard light conditions. Apart from standard light sources, alternate fluorescent lamp sources can also be incorporated.
Special Dryers
While the tumble dryer assists in the drying process, the hot air oven is specifically used to remove excess moisture from test specimens like cotton and yarn.
Conditioning Room
Here the humidity content of the samples is checked against the normal climate.
Relative humidity: 65% + / – 5 %. Temperature: 20 + / – 2 Degree Celsius.
Additionally, a Conditioning / Drying Rack and Whirling Hygrometer assist in drying of textiles and relative humidity reading inside the conditioning room.
