WATER MANAGEMENT
- Gujarat Pollution Control Board approved Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for recovery of good water which can be further reused
- Usage of recycled water in secondary washing processes
- Continuous filter press for sludge accumulation
- Paddle dryer to efficiently dry out sludge
ENERGY MANAGEMENT
By harnessing new technologies, investing in the right infrastructure, and eliminating process inefficiencies, Raj Krupa has constantly accelerated its energy conservation efforts. Across our factories and facilities, we have launched several initiatives to reduce our energy consumption.
- Switching to energy-efficient LEDs for reduced power costs and increased energy savings
- Periodic Energy Audits to ensure the quality and analyse the performance of the machines
- Heat Exchanger to recover heat from waste water and transmit it to raw water
- Condensate Recovery Systems to collect condensed water and transfer to boilers
CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT
- Regular audit under Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) wastewater guidelines
- Strict adherence to non-usage of restricted chemicals
- Proper chemical storage, chemical use, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage and selection, and emergency response training.
- Constant research to reduce chemical consumption and adopt clean technology
We understand the impact of air pollution and have taken significant steps to reduce the same.
- Efficient use of wet scrubber to filter heavy particle
